“Strac secures our PII on customer support and on backend servers

Seis provides banking services 100% in Spanish for Spanish speakers living in the US. Seis collects sensitive Identity documents like passport, national identification number, and more in order to do KYC and issue debit card for the customer. We collect sensitive PII data over our mobile app and then also we get over Intercom (customer support tool).

On our Intercom customer support, anyone can send sensitive data to a business and a business is liable even if they did not ask for it. Strac DLP solves that huge problem by automatically scanning & redacting sensitive data that is shared by our customers over Intercom with their unique machine learning technology. Similarly, we leveraged Strac's Zero Data architecture via tokenization & proxy APIs so that we don't have to worry about touching sensitive data and documents on our backend servers. Strac dramatically reduces security and SOC compliance risks for us while significantly improving security posture for Seis.

Trivium is an Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Tax, and Insurance consulting firm. At Trivium, to provide the best service to our clients, we need to collect sensitive documents for our clients’ business purposes. These sensitive documents range from PII to employee's pay stubs to SSN to company confidential documents.

To protect our clients as well as ourselves, we needed a secure way to protect our communication channels for security and compliance reasons. At Zeta, we collect our couple's sensitive personal data
to offer financial tools that help their relationship thrive. One of our products is 'Joint Cards' where we issue 2 cards for 1 joint account.
